Hooray for L.A.!

Lets hear it for the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim for winning their divisions! Los Angeles is becoming the city of champions once again. The Lakers made it back to the NBA finals last spring and will rebound from their loss to the Celtics. The USC Trojans had their one fluke loss of the season last night and will proceed to annihilate the competition as usual and should win another BCS bowl.

Los Angeles has billions of dollars at its disposal and can AFFORD to reopen El Toro International Airport. Lennar cannot afford to build the Great Pork or even houses for that matter. The real estate market is flooded with homes. Adding more to the local market only further dilutes values.

In contrast, Los Angeles World Airports can give billions to the federal government and Lennar for El Toro. Los Angeles will spend billions to retrofit El Toro and hire thousands of workers, including many from South County who were previously brainwashed into irrationally fearing El Toro International Airport.

There will be billions of dollars in annual economic output from El Toro International Airport. The Great Pork and Irvine will never bring prosperity to Orange County like Los Angeles can.

Go Los Angeles Dodgers! Go Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim! Go Los Angeles International Airport of El Toro!

Chris Cox = Dumb and Dumber!

Newsflash: Our next president John McCain to Chris Cox: YOU'RE FIRED!

Dumb - Chris Cox for being an anti business obstructionist RINO by delaying and preventing reuse of El Toro International Airport after Orange County voters had already TWICE affirmed it! The lack of flights from El Toro has stunted economic growth for Orange County in the meantime.

Without El Toro staying open, air travelers now find themselves saddled with higher air fares locally, or they are forced to cough up nearly $4 a gallon to travel on congested roads to use outlying airports. With oil shooting up by over $16 a barrel today, gas prices will be rebounding to the previously higher prices and may even set new records.

In addition, there are a glut of homes in Orange County because Cox in his infinite wisdom thought it would be a great idea to get El Toro sold to housing developers for chump change, not to mention removing the housing restrictions from the massive El Toro Crash/Buffer zone for the benefit of The Irvine Company.

When housing supply greatly exceeds housing demand, this lowers almost every one's property values with the exception of a few prestigious addresses such as Newport Beach of course. =)

Foreclosures are on the rise. Irvine Company CEO Donald Bren is estimated to have lost over 1 billion dollars to his net worth. Of course, we all know that Lennar leaks money like a submarine with a screen door.

Irvine has also seen some sub prime lenders dry up and close shop. Irvine's economy has primarily been built on the real estate bubble which has been popped. Any wise investor will possess a DIVERSIFIED portfolio. Irvine lacks a diversified economy; thus, construction at the alleged Great Park proceeds at a snail's pace and will not be delivered within our lifetimes.

What Irvine and South Orange County truly lack is a powerful economic catalyst like El Toro International Airport. Los Angeles World Airports is willing to invest billions of dollars in our economy by renovating and re-opening El Toro International Airport. After the initial construction phase, It is estimated that El Toro would create 90,000 jobs and continuously produce $1.5 billion dollars of economic output. Seriously, what have we got to lose?

The reopening of El Toro International Airport would reduce local unemployment, plus cause an influx of workers thereby placing greater demand on the existing housing supply, hence causing prices to rise. Everyone in Orange County, most especially the denizens of South County would see their property values rise as a result. Unfortunately for them, they are not only suffering from lower property values, they are also suffering from a decade plus of irrational Irvine propaganda and fear. They are too paralyzed with irrational hatred and envy of Newport Beach to see the light. (As a free service we are here to re-educate them. No thanks is needed.)

Dumber - Chris Cox for his malfeasance and negligence as Chair of the S.E.C. which has caused economic turmoil to the world's financial markets. There maybe a 700 billion dollar proposal of tax dollars on the table to clean up Cox's mess. However, Wall Street did not respond too favorably today. This indicates the damage done by Cox is far worse than previously imagined.

(Fortunately for yours truly, a significant portion of my assets are invested in oil and gold. Others who are not so lucky will be feeling some economic pain for sure. That is why we need to have El Toro International Airport re-opened!)

George W. Bush will go down in history as one of the best presidents our nation has ever had. However, placing Cox in charge of the S.E.C. has been the very worst decision Mr. Bush has made during what has otherwise been an excellent eight years in office!

Cox is Dumb for Orange County and Dumber for the world. No matter who wins the White House, Cox will be FIRED! It couldn't happen to a nicer guy. He should also serve time at Gitmo for betraying the United States Marine Corps, Orange County, and the world's financial markets.

Bury the Great Pork. It is DEAD!

Its not like Lennar is not having enough problems these days, like TWO BILLION dollars in losses in the past year alone for instance. Now Forest Lawn Mortuary wants to sue Lennar in court! The very last thing this money mismanaging misfit needed right now was to incur some nasty litigation costs. With Wall Street in a meltdown, Lennar will soon be dead. Isn't it quite fitting that a lawsuit over a cemetery is what may finally bury Lennar permanently?

Its also time to bury the crap in Irvine posing as a "Great Park". The Kromunists have even admitted the Great Pork price tag is now near 1.5 billion dollars and rising! If we factor in that Lennar must offset 2 billion dollars in previous losses, then they will need at least 3.5 billion in PROFITS to bankroll the Great Pork. Dream on! Then, a Los Angeles Times article mentioned that Lennar does not think they can realistically add houses at El Toro until 2010 at the EARLIEST. In the meantime, the bleeding continues.

Lennar these days is working on a, get this; a "Life Long Learning District". Obviously, Life Long Learning and Lennar do not belong in the same sentence. Like everything else Lennar touches, they also have not shown much financial wisdom with this project. Lennar wants to evict the Montessori School that is leasing the day care center and even evict tenants like the Great Pork Foundation from building one. Some "partnership" they and the Great Pork have going there!

Lennar is too much! The comedy from them makes my sides ache with laughter. During a real estate recession they will cut off what few incoming sources of revenue they now have with El Toro. If Lennar had any economic common sense, they would lease out as many buildings as possible and ride out the storm. Odds are good they will also be evicting the Cal State Fullerton campus from El Toro. Then all those poor students will be forced to commute all the way to Fullerton and search for an elusive parking space. Lets hope the evictions don't happen during finals week!

Chances are the majority of those who now face eviction from either the Montessori center or Cal State Fullerton are South County residents who got brainwashed and terrified into voting for the Great Pork. In contrast, an international airport revenue stream could very easily finance the day care center and a college campus as a convenience to the county residents.

Remember folks, Lennar and The Great Pork foundation will never do anything that does not benefit their own immediate interests. They do not care about the people at all. Los Angeles World Airport Authority is able and willing to take care of the people. All they need is a chance.

09-11

Seven years ago, the tragic events of 09/11 occurred. Today we still live in a dangerous world. If 09/11 had happened before the base closure rounds of the 1990s, many military bases like El Toro would still have military personnel today. There is no way in hell "Congressman" Chris Cox could justify getting it shut down to benefit the developers. We are lucky he also did not get Camp Pendleton shut down as well.

When The United States Marine Corps occupied El Toro, I felt much better about our nation's security. The Los Angeles metropolitan area is a major target. Don't forget Orange County has the world famous Disneyland. We are still potentially vulnerable, and the military was kicked out of the area!

California has had way too many strategic bases shut down, in light of the fact that there are hostile communist regimes like North Korea and China that sit across our ocean. El Toro International Airport not only needs to be re-opened to serve as an economic catalyst for Orange County, it also must be retained for our country's national security needs. Those who would oppose the return of The United States Marine Corps to Orange County are nothing more than America hating leftists that incessantly protest against The War on Terror and undermine our troops. We are on the verge of victory in Iraq. If the Angry Left had their way, we would be cheese eating surrender monkeys and now be forced to wear veils, worship "Allah", and learn Arabic right now.

Orange County vs. Minneapolis St. Paul

I am back from my travels to Minnesota and had a Grand Old Time with the Grand Old Party! Even seeing the black clad America hating anarchist degenerates in the streets of St. Paul was worth some laughs. They are just like those South County NIMBYs who blindly drink the socialist Kool-Aid of fear, hate, and loathing of capitalism and success. The only real differences being the brainwashed NIMBYs of South County are older, dress a little nicer, shower a little more often, and for some bizarre reason register "Republican".

Here is a report from my field trip to the North Star State on our airports versus their airports. The Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport has striking similarities with the currently idle El Toro International Airport. It too has fuel saving crossed runways pointing the planes to where they need to go. It consists of a 11,000 footer, a 10,000 footer, and two 8,000 footers. Compare this with El Toro International Airport having two 10,000 footers and two 8,000 footers. Would you also believe the Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard share the field? You see folks military and civilian jets can exist in perfect harmony! We can have perfect harmony at El Toro International Airport as well!

Next we check out the St. Paul Airport in downtown St. Paul. It is very similar to John Wayne Airport. Its longest runway is a mere 6400 feet, or only 700 feet longer than John Wayne Airport. It also has two smaller runways to complement it. St. Paul is a general aviation airport, while the Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport handles all the commercial passenger and cargo flights for the Minneapolis St. Paul area. That is how it should be in Orange County as well! Its petty simple folks; jets belong at big airports, not little airports!

Also, both Metropolitan Statistical Areas have roughly the same population. Orange County has about 3.0 million residents whereas Minneapolis St. Paul has about 3.2 million residents.

Can you imagine if some socialist thugs and Lennar got their hands on the massive Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport and tried to make some so called Great Park and housing development out of it? All while simultaneously trying to cram jumbo jets and small planes onto a tiny airfield with a tiny runway at downtown St. Paul airport.

It is a good thing that Minneapolis is not economically retarded like (South) Orange County is. The Minneapolis St. Paul region benefits tremendously from having adequate air transportation services. They get to host national conventions such as the RNC, and are home to four professional sports teams! In the meantime Orange County will never have a major political convention and languishes with a mere 2 professional sports teams due to our lack of adequate transportation infrastructure.

Orange County has the potential to become an international powerhouse. El Toro International Airport is just the economic catalyst to make it happen. We are only held back from realizing our full potential due to the decade plus of irrational fear and hatred spread throughout South County by the Agranistas.

Speaking of which, I found a Great Pork "Benchmark Report" in my mailbox showcasing their illustrious concert "schedule". They are a day late and a dollar short as usual. Most of those concerts have already happened!

Isn't it quite obvious that they are not delivering the park they duped the gullible voters into. Not even the mere 27 acre "preview park" is done right. Sending out a concert schedule after the fact is laughable and just one more screwup of many associated with The Great Pork.

Virtually all the money raised for the Great Pork goes into "advertising" or "planning" versus actual construction or even timely announcements. The people of Orange County have seen they have been scammed and are entitled to another vote on El Toro. Then Orange County can become an international powerhouse and finally live up to its full potential.

The Angry Left Arrives in Minnesota!

These are some pictures from the mean streets of Minnesota showing a typical day for the Angry Left. Aren't these protesters such civilized peaceful human beings? The same kind who typically protest against keeping El Toro Airport open for business.

It is not surprising to see liberals and socialists possessed with such hatred and envy. Unfortunately many so called Republicans in South County are afflicted with the very same problem. You see folks this is due to the millions of dollars of ceaseless propaganda funded by The People's Republic of Irvine to convince them that Newport Beach is rich and evil. They also have been brainwashed into believing that keeping El Toro Airport open for business will somehow "harm" them. When the United States Marine Corps occupied El Toro Airport nobody was harmed. Therefore, El Toro Airport being "harmful" is a completely bogus assertion. Repeat a lie often enough and it eventually becomes believable. The Terrorists hate America for our freedom, and the denizens of South County have been taught to hate Newport Beach for our success.

On to the convention. Did anyone see that speech Sarah Palin made! Wow! She hit it out of the park! Plus that young lady is a major league babe! (Only a non-hetero male would not most definitely concur!) With Sarah Palin on the ticket, the Republican party will dominate the next election! America is ready for a woman in the White House, just not a liberal woman like Hillary Clinton.

Someone who obviously did not make the cut for VP was former Congressman Chris Cox, rumored to be on John McCain's short list. Good thing he was not selected, or the MSM would have vetted him and saw he really accomplished nothing significant while in office; except for being an anti-business obstructionist who simply got in the way of having El Toro Airport, (a 10 billion dollar taxpayer funded asset) stay open to serve the flying public. Besides, a few South County cities would have nowhere near enough voters to help put California in the McCain column. Today Cox could not even get elected to serve as dogcatcher of Newport Beach!

Additionally, Cox would have been a liability to the Republican ticket on a nationwide basis. What if the voters of our great nation discovered that Chris Cox's wife Rebecca Cox had served on a base closure commission and voted to unceremoniously evict the United States Marine Corps from El Toro? Logic dictated that a war hero like John McCain could not possibly have someone on his ticket who is outrageously unpatriotic. Those who would like to surrender in Iraq and undercut our military will be voting for Obama anyways.

John McCain's first major decision as our next president to select Sarah Palin as his running mate was a stroke of pure brilliance!

Vote McCain Palin in 2008!
